Responsibilities
Directs, coordinate, and synchronize the following functions:
Order picking, packing, and checking
Cigarette stamp machine operation
Truck loading coordination
Sales order invoicing
Warehouse upkeep (housekeeping) and product restocking
Personnel management of nightshift employees, including:
New hire orientation and training
Performance evaluations
Disciplinary actions and write-ups
Terminations
Strives to eliminate overtime
Strives to ensure accurate picking and quality loading of trucks to minimize damages
Develops and enforces policy and procedures
Communicate problems, issues, and concerns to Nightshift Operations Manager
Qualification
Required
Personnel management skills/supervisory skills
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
Basic First Aid skills, including CPR
Forklift certification
Basic mechanical skills
Communication skills
