Responsibilities
Assist customers with the rental process, including check-in, vehicle assignment, and rental return
Prepare rental vehicles for drivers, including fueling, cleaning, installing telematics and license plates, and conducting vehicle inspections
Manage and organize vehicle compliance documents
Organize the vehicle lot and coordinate vehicle transportation
Complete daily rental operations tasks
Report vehicle issues, program challenges, and bugs to the designated point of contact
Maintain the company’s service standards when interacting with drivers
Communicate effectively with on-site staff and remote support teams
Provide clear, concise updates and maintain accurate documentation
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in an in-person customer service role (e.g., retail, technical support, hospitality)
Valid, unrestricted driver's license; satisfactory driving record; and insurable under the company's policy
Familiarity with the local market area
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve problems effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to maintain patience, de-escalate situations, and work effectively in a team
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Ability to handle prolonged standing and walking
