InfuCare Rx is a leading home infusion provider accredited by URAC and ACHC, specializing in caring for patients needing IV therapy and specialty pharmacy services. The Pharmacy Service Representative will advocate for patients by ensuring prescribed drug therapy and pharmacy care plans are followed, while also assisting with patient communication and logistics.

Responsibilities

Communicates with patients to ensure proper delivery of medications (both acute, IVIG and specialty) for scheduled infusion appointments
During communication with patients, understand how to properly complete assessment
Assists with determining patient availability for the Digital designation and will assist in education for the patient on using the Digital platform
Ensures that patients receive notifications and understand appointment schedule
Responds to patient calls timely and appropriately
Obtains and updates necessary patient demographic and related data according to policies and procedures
Data enters relevant communications in progress notes of pharmacy operating system
Assists with picking and packing products in preparation for shipping as requested
Attending meetings and other functions necessary to perform duties and assist in business development for the Company, including assisting in launching a certain data collection software
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Proficient in computer program applications, knowledge, and skills
Other duties as assigned under job duties/responsibilities

Required

Healthcare experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products
Have a drive for results, competitive spirit, and self-accountability for achievement of company goals
Clear, concise communication
Proven success across past career positions

Preferred

Specialty Pharmacy and Home Infusion Services experience preferred
Experience with information technology a plus
