Responsibilities

Perform routine and varied tasks to ensure that production standards are met
Sets up, calibrates, tests and troubleshoots production assemblies
Provides quality and/or technical support to engineers on a variety of quality and technical tasks
Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and proposed engineering design changes as well as qualitative and quantitative data to assure that design is effectively translated to respective process planning artifacts in support of manufacturing builds assuring quality products are effectively tested, inspected and delivered to our customers
Produces various engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics)
Performs detailed mathematical calculations, where appropriate, using established formulas: preliminary analyses of data where guidelines are provided in such areas as trajectory adequacy, model dimensional consistency: and quantitative judgments concerning technical data
Uses personal computer in performance of analyses and development of documentation/reports

Required

Associate of Science degree in Electronics Technology (or equivalent) and 4 years work experience in advanced test domain or equivalent Military training and experience
Test electronic and electro-mechanical units using standard and RF test equipment. Analyze results to evaluate performance and determine need for adjustment
Follows complex test specifications, test procedures and verbal instructions in order to perform a variety of routine standard tests
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings diagrams, hardware specifications, schematics, or written work instructions
Working knowledge of electronic theory and components
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze failures using electronic test equipment and software. Diagnoses minor deficiencies in equipment and recommends rework where necessary
Experience in microelectronics and RF testing
Prior test experience
Prior DoD/Aerospace Testing Experience
Must work well with a team
Experience in using Excel

Bachelor of Science Degree
