Responsibilities
Lead the global marketing strategy with a deep emphasis on pipeline creation and revenue contribution, targeting at least 25% of pipeline creation and 25% of revenue conversion through multi-segment, multi-region motions
Build and manage a sophisticated, scalable demand engine—spanning digital, field, partner, content, and ABM—to deliver high-quality opportunities with measurable ROI
Partner tightly with Sales, Product, and the C-suite to design aligned, data-informed GTM strategies across regions and segments
Champion AI-driven insights and tools to optimize targeting, personalization, qualification, and campaign performance
Deliver on global AOP commitments, including 10% faster deal cycle times and increased funnel velocity through improved conversion rates and higher-quality sourcing
Oversee all inbound and outbound motions, optimizing for conversion, velocity, and cost efficiency across every stage of the funnel
Implement modern attribution models, predictive analytics, forecasting processes, and performance frameworks to inform high-confidence decision making
Implement GenAI-powered website and journey automation to surface high-intent prospects earlier, accelerate speed-to-lead, and route qualified opportunities to Sales with greater precision
Maintain disciplined CAC control through efficient, targeted programs and AI-enabled qualification
Evolve marketing performance metrics to emphasize cycle-time reduction, pipeline acceleration, and conversion uplift, aligned to broader revenue operations strategies
Ensure a healthy balance of new and existing customer opportunities by improving funnel quality, predictability, and velocity
Elevate Energy Exemplar’s brand story and product visibility across global markets
Deepen product marketing impact—refining messaging, positioning, category narrative, and commercialization strategies
Launch content programs aligned to the top 5 use cases across the top 3 segments, accelerating Discovery
Ensure optimal ROI from global events, with clear influence on pipeline and revenue
Inspire and manage a diverse, global marketing organization with sophistication, clarity, and strong operational boundaries
Build a culture of accountability, creativity, and operational excellence
Evolve and expand marketing operations, tools, and processes to enable scale, transparency, and executional rigor
Ensure disciplined budget stewardship and investment efficiency as the organization continues to grow
Act as a proven operator in environments undergoing transformation, GTM reinvention, resets, or rapid growth
Build strong cross-functional operating rhythms with Sales, CS, Product, Finance, and People teams
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in enterprise B2B SaaS
Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex, multi-channel demand engines, including digital, field, partner, content, and ABM
Proven history of delivering pipeline contribution and revenue impact through marketing-led motions
Expertise leveraging GenAI and advanced analytics for targeting, qualification, and operational efficiency
Ability to collaborate tightly with the C-suite and influence cross-functional strategy
Strong background in product marketing, category creation, and commercialization—not just campaign execution
Experience managing and developing high-performing global teams
Exceptional communication, leadership presence, and strategic thinking skills
Preferred
Experience in the energy, analytics, or simulation software space is beneficial but not required
