Responsibilities

Build, manage, and grow a strong book of business with advertising agencies, driving adoption of MNTN’s Connected TV solutions
Consistently meet or exceed monthly new revenue goals through strategic partnerships and consultative selling
Serve as a trusted partner to agencies by providing education, insights, and recommendations that align MNTN’s platform with client objectives
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with media buyers, planners, and executives across performance-focused agencies
Act as a subject matter expert in Connected TV, staying ahead of industry trends and positioning MNTN as the leading solution for measurable, performance-driven television advertising
Present MNTN’s value proposition in engaging and consultative ways, showing agencies how to achieve their clients’ KPIs through Performance TV
Collaborate with client services and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure campaign success
Share feedback and insights with product and leadership teams to help shape platform enhancements that support agency growth and adoption

Qualification

Required

4–5 years of experience in digital media sales, preferably with Connected TV, programmatic, or video advertising
Strong existing relationships within agencies and a deep understanding of how agencies plan and buy media
Track record of exceeding sales targets and growing agency partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical mindset and ability to connect data-driven insights to client strategies
Entrepreneurial, self-starter approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, innovative environment
