Responsibilities

Assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing securitization and other structured finance transactions across a broad range of asset classes

Draft, review, and negotiate core transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, servicing agreements, indentures, offering documents, security agreements, and ancillary deal documentation

Support all phases of transactions for issuers, underwriters, investors, fintech platforms, and other market participants

Conduct due diligence and analyze collateral pools and financing structures

Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to identify issues, develop solutions, and produce high-quality client deliverables

Manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced practice environment

Required

Must have 1–3 years of commercial lending, syndicated finance, or leveraged finance experience at a large U.S.-based law firm, working from an office located in the United States

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Bar admission (or eligibility to become admitted) in the jurisdiction of the position
