Responsibilities
Lead the hands-on development and integration of AI agents, ensuring robust functionality and seamless user experience
Integrate AI agents with analytics software and other enterprise tools to enhance platform capabilities
Manage code deployment processes, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with best practices
Continuously monitor and optimize agent performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
Work closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams to execute agent builds and deliver high-impact solutions
Utilize open-source frameworks to accelerate development cycles and support rapid iteration
Conduct thorough testing and validation of agent integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability
Maintain clear documentation of agent builds, integrations, and deployment processes
Gather user feedback and drive ongoing enhancements to agent capabilities and integrations
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, innovative work environment
Qualification
Required
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
Extensive experience in AI agent development, integration, and deployment in enterprise environments
Proven ability to implement and optimize AI agents using open-source frameworks
Strong background in tool integration, code deployment, and performance optimization
Demonstrated expertise in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of AI systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of digital trends, Gen AI Models and technologies, and enterprise platforms
Team player with a collaborative approach and commitment to developing talent
