Responsibilities

Solve issues facing the business through connecting people, leveraging the network and providing expertise

Synthesize strategy & data to drive the GPS narrative and outcomes

Support the governance around business performance which may include reporting into senior stakeholders across the Group, taxonomy, cost control, ways of working, workforce management, FTE management, etc

Build and maintain strong networks with key internal stakeholders, enabling execution at pace and be seen as a key influencer

Provides support and guidance in an environment that is often non-routine, delegated and has conditions of uncertainty

Required

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills that facilitates strong collaboration across business areas to deliver desired business outcomes and objectives

Proven track record and confidence to work with internal senior management

Able to work with a considerable degree of autonomy and pace on high priority deliverables
