LHH is partnering with the Nashville office of a highly regarded full-service law firm to recruit an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will assist with pre-trial matters, prepare legal documents, and argue motions in complex intellectual property cases.

Responsibilities

Assist with all pre-trial matters for complex intellectual property cases, including managing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, procuring and preparing expert witnesses, and trial preparation

Prepare pleadings, pre-trial motions, and briefs, including conducting extensive legal research into novel and complex areas of intellectual property law

Argue motions and attend hearings and trials
