Responsibilities

Communicate professionally and promptly with investors, responding to inquiries and building trust
Coordinate with internal teams (SEC Reporting, FP&A, PR, Legal, Corporate Development) as needed
Manage scheduling, travel, document distribution, and maintain the IR website
Maintain investor records, manage CRM software, and prepare reports
Organize quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials
Support development and maintenance of investor presentations and materials for shareholder events
Assist with financial analysis, tracking analyst reports, monitoring market trends, and comparing forecasts
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Provide data and analysis to support IR strategy and decision-making; assist with special projects

Qualification

Investor Relations experienceMicrosoft Office proficiencyIR software platformsFinancial analysisRegulationsVerbal communicationWritten communicationOrganizational skillsProblem-solving abilitiesCross-functional collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
2-4 years of relevant experience in IR or administrative support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office and IR software platforms (e.g., IR Insights, AlphaSense)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; intellectually curious
Knowledge of investor relations principles and regulations
Effective cross-functional collaboration
