Qualification
Required
Proven technical sales expertise with at least 5 years of experience selling high-value investment goods
Industry knowledge that matters—experience in optics, defense, medical, or automotive sectors combined with a strong technical foundation
Metrology and precision engineering know-how, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and deliver consultative solutions
Exceptional communication skills to engage confidently with customers, engineering teams, and senior management
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities in English
Driven and adaptable leader who thrives on challenges, demonstrates flexibility and resilience
Comfortable traveling up to 60% to build lasting relationships
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the US
Must be legally authorized to access export-controlled information and source code
Preferred
Engineering degree preferred
Familiarity with the Upper Midwest region is a plus
