Exyte is seeking a Senior Lead Architectural Designer responsible for assisting in the drafting and design of buildings and structures while mentoring interns. The role involves collaborating with various internal stakeholders and ensuring the quality and completeness of architectural designs.

Responsibilities

Assists with preparing reports, studies, and graphics using common software

Guides and oversees the team to achieve the correct technical solutions to difficult design and client problems as well as mentoring interns and junior members of project teams

Performs duties of Autodesk Building Systems Software operator as needed

Coordinates and reviews architectural drawings and models for completeness, constructability and coordination

Collaborates with design and technical teams while supporting or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications

Understands Standard Installation Details, client BIM standards, industry drafting and design standards

Maintains primary accountability for all architectural designs, sharing engineering responsibility

Other duties as assigned
