Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with software and technology companies in North America and international markets
Lead consultative sales conversations with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders to uncover challenges and present tailored solutions
Develop proposals and commercial strategies that clearly communicate business value and ROI
Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing
Work cross-functionally with internal Placement, Talent, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and client handoff experience
Meet and exceed revenue, pipeline, and activity goals through disciplined pipeline management and consistent outreach

Required

5–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling into software or technology companies
Proven success in new logo acquisition and solution-based sales
Experience selling services such as software development, staff augmentation, or managed delivery teams
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to communicate technical value to executive audiences
A hunter mindset—persistent, resourceful, and highly motivated to win
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Growth-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
