Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Lead the Pinellas Site Strategic Plan by ensuring progress on key initiatives (SAP OneAero, FLEMOS, CIF) and driving alignment across operations

Responsible for managing cost, quality, and schedule across C-130, F-35, F-16, F-22 and commercial programs (assembly and fabrication). Responsible for the on-time delivery of 500K+ conforming parts and assemblies annually

Provide oversight and leadership for all site operations including Production Operations, Tooling, Quality Engineering, and Quality Assurance with the potential of increasing scope to include Manufacturing Engineering and Planning

Responsible for setting the strategic direction to ensure clarity across production operations to enable a growth-focused, safe, work environment

Provide leadership and direction for employees in the Operations and QA departments. He/she will be responsible for contributing to a culture that promotes collaboration, a safe working environment, a commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and site effectiveness

Partner with Human Resources to develop leadership team

Required

Prior experience leading leaders of large teams

Experience with manufacturing or fabrication methodologies with proven results

Experience leading production transformation and successful 6S and constraint management

Ability to create Executive Level presentations

Preferred

Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions, set priorities, and provide succinct direction in a dynamic business environment

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization, both verbally and in writing

Experience with Performance Management Teams, 6S and Continuous Improvement Strategies

Demonstrated experience leading complex business case analysis

Previous experience leading large scale projects

Experience using Microsoft Office products for reports, written communications, presentations, and data evaluation

Experience with FLEMOS

Bachelor's and Master's degree in a related discipline
