Required
6+ years of programming experience
4+ years of hands-on experience in web and mobile development
Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript
Extensive experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
Comfortable working across both the front-end and back-end
Strong understanding of MVC/MVVM design patterns
Experience with RESTful web services
Object-oriented PHP programming skills
Built and deployed mobile applications for iOS and Android devices
Comfortable debugging and improving other people's mobile code
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working under pressure and juggling multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
Solid foundation in design fundamentals—typography, color, and layout
Proactive and enthusiastic team member
Willingness to mentor other developers and contribute to the growth of the department
