The role involves recording and analyzing results to identify areas of improvement for employees and processes, along with providing coaching and conducting site audits.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate exceptional customer service, communication, and leadership skills

Provide coaching and training to field technicians to promote safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards

Conduct site prescreening and job audits, identifying potential hazards or quality issues

Collaborate with field teams, management, and third parties to support quality, safety, and performance metrics

Communicate effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers regarding project timelines and service issues

Develop and support the implementation of quality assurance protocols, safety control systems, and documentation standards

Perform quality assurance testing and inspections, including statistical sampling and performance analysis

Maintain organized records of inspections, training, incidents, and job performance audits

Identify trends or recurring issues in field performance and propose process improvements

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

At least one (1) year industry experience as a technician

Ability to stand, walk, sit

Ability to use hands to handle or feet

Ability to reach with hands and arms

Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl

Ability to lift up to 75lbs

Ability to maintain all safety expectations

Works outdoors for extended periods

Exposed to extreme weather conditions

Ability to follow directions

Ability to work as a team

Oral communication skills
