Ensure all jobs are assigned accurately
Review scheduling calendar to anticipate potential problems
Communicate with field technicians regarding work in their designated areas
Cancels, reschedules, and reassigns work assignments as needed
Handle calls from internal and external customers
Work with field manager to schedule vehicle maintenance
The use of multiple programs and software to complete tasks
Interaction with multiple departments to ensure installs happen in a timely manner
Basic troubleshooting
