Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
Leadership experience in accounting, ideally within project-driven industries
Strong skills in payroll (ADP), job costing, reconciliations, and month-end close
High attention to detail with the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced environment
Effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
