Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
Manage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
Assist in the planning and execution of company events, board meetings, and other important functions
Office management to include support of day-to-day office operations
Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness
Collaborate across the business to streamline processes and improve workflows
Assist in project management and execution of strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence
Help to create a positive, compliant and inclusive workplace environment and actively promoting our core values and mission as the company’s culture ambassador
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Experience as a chief of staff, executive assistant, operations manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of business operations and project management principles
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
