Responsibilities

Autonomously lead partner accounts to achieve forecasted revenue and a mutual win-win

Source & qualify new strategic partnership opportunities across all key commercial channels (loyalty, reward, brand and membership programs) enhancing the value of Oura for our members

Negotiate & close complex commercial agreements that unlock revenue, distribution, and strategic advantage

Lead strategic expansion across marque, high ROI partnerships (for e.g. Lululemon, American Express)

Lead & mentor the partnerships squad as our headcount grows

Required

7–10 years' experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or strategic growth roles within consumer tech, payments, or wellness sectors

Strong grasp of P&L and commercial economics — able to bring creativity and financial discipline to new deal structures

Proven track record of structuring and scaling high-impact partnerships with brands, financial institutions, or loyalty networks

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Data-driven decision-maker comfortable modeling revenue impact and making trade-offs to optimize channel performance
