Own the Stack: Take full ownership of all paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and emerging platforms)
Experiment Relentlessly: Develop an experimentation engine—testing copy, creative, and landing pages to validate hypotheses
Scale Efficiency: Measure CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline generation, turning insights into compounding growth
Explore New Channels: Go beyond the basics to identify opportunities in newsletters, sponsorships, and creator partnerships
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years in B2B SaaS: You have managed paid campaigns and have a deep understanding of funnel dynamics
Data-Obsessed: You are proficient with GA4, GTM, and attribution modeling
Creative & Analytical: You are just as comfortable brainstorming ad hooks as you are diving into complex dashboards
High Agency: You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and take ownership of outcomes in a high-velocity environment
