Volaris Group is seeking a Custom Development Developer to join their Custom Development team. This role involves estimating and developing custom solutions, building and QA testing reports, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist the Project Implementation Specialist in scoping custom deliverables that meet customer requirements

Provide reliable estimates based on functional specifications

Produce custom products and new functionality to applications according the specifications provided by Professional Services, within scope, time, and budget

Troubleshoot and correct defects reported by customers and discovered by internal QA testing

Peer review code to verify it is up to company standards

Serve as the subject matter expert for custom development

Produce Technical Documentation

Serve on the PMO Steering Committee

Provide best practice recommendations for standardized processes and documentation

Provide recommendations for new standardized custom development products (e.g. ABPs)

Ensure that time spent meets bill-ability targets while also maintaining the balance of fairness and customer satisfaction of the client
