Responsibilities

Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability testing

Analyze competitive platforms and market trends

Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for product and design teams

Collaborate with designers and product managers to inform strategy and prioritization

Maintain research documentation and share insights across the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, university or college

Minimum 3 years of experience in user research or UX research roles

A track record of commitment to prior employers

Experience in real estate or marketplace platforms
