Responsibilities

Develop and maintain budget reporting templates to track departmental expenses and forecasts
Assist in preparing and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Financial principlesMicrosoft Office SuiteAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus
