Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Water/Wastewater practice, implementing strategies for market expansion

Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality deliverables and client satisfaction

Drive business development efforts, including proposals, presentations, and client engagement

Collaborate with Market Leaders and Discipline Directors to achieve annual growth goals

Provide technical oversight and mentor a team of engineering professionals

Represent H2M at industry events, trade shows, and through thought leadership initiatives

Forecast trends and identify emerging technologies to keep H2M at the forefront of the industry

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering

Strong technical background in design, construction, and operations of Water/Wastewater infrastructure

Expertise in project management, budgeting, and team leadership

Excellent communication and public speaking skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools
