Building relationships with tech companies and understanding their hiring needs
Sourcing and engaging top candidates across software, data and cloud
Managing the entire recruitment process from first conversation to successful placement
Negotiating, influencing and closing offers
Developing specialist market knowledge
Qualification
Required
Hold a bachelor's degree (any discipline)
Are confident communicators who enjoy speaking with people
Are driven, resilient and motivated by goals and financial rewards
Want to start the new year in a role with genuine long-term growth
Preferred
Have sales, customer-facing or competitive experience (preferred, not essential)
