InternJustice Resource Institute is looking for an In-Home Behavioral Therapy Clinical Intern who is passionate about helping children and their families. The intern will support clients in achieving their goals through individualized behavior plans and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities
YOU will work with a team to provide trauma-informed, care to youth who present with difficult and challenging behaviors
YOU will utilize home/community based behavioral interventions to empower caregivers to manage youth’s challenging behaviors and promote positive alternatives for success
YOU will collaborate with Behavioral Monitors to coach and model interventions, developed from a positive behavioral perspective through a trauma informed lens
YOU will gain numerous skills and competencies in Behavioral Services to bring strength to your existing skills
Qualification
Required
Must be working towards a Bachelor's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or related field
Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Comfort with technology and learning various electronic systems
Must have daily access to reliable, insured vehicle and active Driver's License
Background and driving record checks will be performed
Preferred
2nd year students preferred
