Responsibilities

Partner closely with the Head of Sales to execute and refine Stayntouch’s enterprise strategy
Build, prioritize, and manage a robust pipeline across your assigned territory
Proactively identify and win new enterprise prospects, navigating multiple stakeholders and complex decision cycles
Consistently achieve new-logo targets, pipeline coverage goals and sales activity metrics
Develop tailored proposals, deliver compelling presentations and negotiate commercial agreements
Maintain accurate CRM documentation for opportunities, forecasts and key account details
Deeply understand Stayntouch’s platform, industry trends and competitive positioning
Travel as needed to prospect, present, attend conferences, and strengthen key relationships

Required

10 + years of hospitality technology or SaaS sales experience
Strong network of decision-maker relationships across North America
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a strategic/enterprise sales capacity
Excellent negotiation, presentation and storytelling skills
Highly organized with disciplined follow-up and pipeline management
Strong CRM proficiency
Innate curiosity and commitment to understanding customer needs
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively and collaborate cross-functionally
Strong interpersonal EQ - able to build trust internally and externally

Preferred

Experience selling PMS or other hotel operations platforms preferred
Salesforce preferred
