Health Insurance Program Supervisor - Remote Georgia

They are seeking an experienced Health Insurance Premium Assistance Program Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the HIPP/Premium Assistance program, focusing on eligibility verification, case management, and customer service.
Responsibilities
Provide enrollment assistance and program information to Medicaid-eligible recipients and their families
Supervise and support team members responsible for processing applications and program-related tasks
Verify, document, and investigate healthcare coverage for Medicaid recipients and their dependents
Assist in identifying members eligible for the HIPP/Premium Assistance program
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and resolve member inquiries promptly and professionally
Manage accurate and timely data entry, case updates, and reporting activities
Monitor open enrollment, premium review, and payment processing to ensure program growth and compliance
Generate and review periodic reports to support program performance
Collaborate with leadership to maintain program integrity and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry, healthcare, or government-sponsored programs
3–5 years of customer service or call center experience (inbound and outbound)
Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security regulations
Preferred
Experience with eligibility, enrollment, or premium assistance programs
Previous supervisory or team lead experience
