Responsibilities

Support for amplifiers, servers, antennas, shelter infrastructure, and networking/remote access
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and maintain system availability
Plan, execute, and oversee telecommunications infrastructure projects
Ensure projects meet deadlines and budget constraints
Handle permits and administrative processes for all sites within the US
Support maintenance window activities in the Chicago hub
Assist in purchasing and equipment sourcing
Aid in searching, recruiting, and training local T1 staff across the US

Qualification

RF systems supportProject managementTelecommunications infrastructureField work experienceCommunicationInterpersonal skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field (required)
Proven experience in RF systems support and project management (required)
Demonstrated experience in field work, including hands-on technical support and maintenance at customer or infrastructure sites (required)

Preferred

Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure and networks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work non-standard hours and weekends on-call (not on a regular basis)
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the area
