Conduct site visits, assessments, and bid document reviews
Manage the proposal process from start to finish
Review Zoho or designated database for new bid requests
Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
Evaluate labor, materials, and subcontractor services needed for repairs or improvements
Prepare fair and accurate cost analyses and pricing proposals
Qualification
Required
3+ year in commercial estimating, project management, or facilities maintenance
Preferred
Strong background in commercial construction estimating 3 plus years
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
