Responsibilities

Design and implement reports and dashboards in Salesforce Lightning and CRM Analytics

Conduct data mapping, data migration, and data integrity verification

Partner with developers to support Flow, Process Builder, and custom data models

Deliver actionable insights that improve user adoption and system optimization

Prepare analytic documentation and present findings to senior stakeholders
