Quoting / Estimating
Work Ordering
Invoicing
Replying to client emails and answering phones
Proactively seek to help commercial clients with all their printing
Shifting focus to workflow bottlenecks
Working closely in a team-oriented environment
Assisting in the print production duties as needed
Cross train in other areas of shop operations and small equipment
Assist other departments as training is completed
Qualification
Required
Excellent basic math and computer skills
Superior customer service and problem solving skills
Fast paced while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred
Experience communicating with customers and submitting files to vendors as well as understanding their requirements
Knowledge of digital printers such as Konica Minolta or Xerox and/or Offset Printing
