Responsibilities
Manage business and technical requirements, design, be responsible for the overall coordination, quality, productivity and will be the primary point of contact for world-wide stakeholders of programs and goals that you lead
Partner with engineers, scientists, and businesses to deliver scalable services, and build road maps for the projects you own
Deeply analyze problems to generate requirements and plans of action; provide simple solutions to complex problems
Track service levels and schedule adherence, and ensure the individual stakeholder teams meet and exceed their performance targets
Be expected to discover, define, and apply scientific, engineering, and business best practices
Qualification
Required
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
3+ years of software development experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
3+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
Preferred
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
5+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment experience
