Responsibilities

Hire, develop, and retain talent using company-wide processes, tools, and resources
Develop/manage processes to improve communication, effectiveness, and ensure processes alignment
Monitor team performance through KPIs and dashboards; provide regular feedback and performance coaching
Partner with Account Executives and Marketing teams to align on customer engagement strategies
Serve as a key point of contact for escalations and complex customer interactions
Support hiring efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members
Drive continuous improvement in processes, leveraging tools and insights to optimize efficiency
Collaborate with the People & Culture team (HR) to ensure role clarity, career pathing, and incentive alignment

Required

5+ years of experience in sales. Previous experience managing sales employees a plus
Track record of managing and developing successful sales teams
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability leveraging order entry systems, CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), and reporting systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Collaborative mindset with a passion for coaching and talent development
High-performing leadership style
Clear, responsive, and consistent communicator
Experience in performance management reporting and delivery (one-on-one's, bi-annual appraisals, etc.) and performance statistics review/analysis
Excellent ability to build genuine rapport with sales teams/employees
Knowledge of sales philosophies and approaches, including presentations, overcoming objections and closing strategies
Previous experience using multiple technological programs, systems or applications while interacting with customers
