Responsibilities

Be the essential bridge between the NSA and the Air Force for TechSIGINT revitalization, championing mission-critical needs and delivering enhanced capabilities
Provide strategic guidance on Air Force TechSIGINT and TCPED policies, strategies, and standards
Lead the way in operations management, crafting innovative plans and initiatives to strengthen the Air Force enterprise
Collaborate with 16 AF and its ISR Wings to sustain a high-performing operational environment, with a focus on compliance and quality assurance
Advocate for operational policies, influencing high-level decision-making alongside key leaders
Represent 16 AF with diverse organizations, fostering meaningful connections across DoD directorates, intelligence agencies, academia, and industry

Required

Bachelor's Degree (with 10+ years of experience) or Master's Degree (with 8+ years of experience). Additional related experience, certifications and training may substitute for a degree
Current TS/SCI with Polygraph
Graduated from a DoD or National Intelligence Agency SIGINT school
Solid background in Tactical Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED)
Expertise in ISR platforms and direct collaboration with national and strategic intelligence missions
Strong familiarity with the Joint Command and DoD structure

Preferred

In-depth understanding of TechSIGINT policy and advanced-level SIGINT training
Previous work in an Air Operations Center (AOC) environment
Knowledge of national and airborne collection programs
