Responsibilities
Automate Quality Metrics: Design and implement processes to extract, transform, and load (ETL) source data into usable formats, reducing manual reporting effort
Develop Interactive Dashboards: Build a Power BI dashboard that provides real-time visibility into quality performance and supports business decision-making
Create AI-Based Tools: Develop an AI-driven interface to assess risks and predict potential quality failures, leveraging machine learning concepts
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with IT to secure data access and integrate enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with security and governance standards
Deliver Business Impact: Provide solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance data accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Data Science / Data Analytics: For expertise in data transformation, visualization, and predictive modeling
Computer Science: For strong programming skills and familiarity with automation and AI/ML concepts
Must be currently enrolled as a fulltime student at an accredited four-year college or university
Must be able to commute and work on-site 5 days a week
Applicants must be authorized to work on a full-time basis for any employer in the U.S
Preferred
Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and MS365 tools
Familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation
Basic understanding of AI/ML techniques for predictive analytics
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with IT and business teams
Experience with MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to decipher technical documents with experience reading engineering drawings
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
