The Young Adult Employer & Resource Coordinator VISTA will work to equip young adults with the knowledge and skills for workforce entry through partnerships with employers and support programs.

The member will network with existing and new potential partners to introduce the program and coordinate the orientation
The member will enhance training and support programs and matching of placement of young adults via apprentices and internships
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
Minimum age of 18
English language proficiency

Experience in community and economic development
Skills in business/entrepreneurship
Experience with networking and partnership development
