Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for the client or customer
Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis
Lead and guide the work of technical staff
Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules
Perform management, technical, or business case analyses
Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
Track program/project status and schedules
Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
Manage schedules, budgets, and project deliverables
Lead project teams in developing plans, risk assessments, and performance metrics
Analyze project data to identify variances and improvement opportunities
Prepare high-level briefings, reports, and documentation
Apply government-instituted project control and documentation processes
Qualification
Required
A Junior has 3+ years of relevant project coordination or analysis experience
A Senior has 10+ years of experience supporting DoD or NAVAIR project management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
Secret security clearance (must be a US Citizen)
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Power BI
Excellent organizational and communication skills
PMP or DAWIA certification preferred
