Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with customer A/P teams to understand their payment processes and requirements

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries

Use collections software to monitor accounts receivable and identify delinquent accounts

Analyze aging reports to identify outstanding and past-due invoices

Contact customers to gather payment information and confirm they have all required invoice documentation

Prepare and send customer statements based on the level of delinquency

Research and resolve disputed invoices, collaborating with billing, pricing, and other internal stakeholders

Coordinate with the cash application team to ensure timely posting of payments received

Verify charge validity with internal departments and issue revised invoices when needed

Perform all other duties and projects as assigned
