AmeriCorps is seeking a Workforce Development VISTA Member to support the development of sustainable internal systems for the City of Las Vegas. This role focuses on capacity-building initiatives to enhance workforce development, youth development, and community engagement through the creation of data systems and evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

The VISTA will strengthen the division’s internal capacity by designing data collection processes, developing internal evaluation frameworks, and creating templates and tools that staff can use to measure program outcomes

They will build internal systems for identifying and tracking key metrics and performance indicators, ensuring the division has sustainable methods for monitoring impact

The VISTA will develop staff-administered survey tools, reporting templates, and workflows that enhance program documentation and internal communication

All activities will focus on internal process improvement and system development; the VISTA will not gather feedback directly from participants or collaborate directly with external partners
