Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for transportation, logistics management, and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with internal and customer needs
Ensure customer focus by building strong relationships and embedding the voice of the customer in all aspects of product design, development, and delivery
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize high-value use cases and translate them into meaningful, actionable product requirements
Work closely with leadership, regional leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and improve customer outcomes
Partner with regional teams to ensure service operations and digital adoption readiness for successful product deployment
Work side-by-side with developers and designers as part of a cross-functional team to define, prioritize, and deliver digital products that meet the needs and goals of the business
Coordinate with other internal stakeholders (Communication, Customer Success, IT, PR) to ensure that product releases have comprehensive rollout plans to support the launch of new features
Other projects as assigned by the Manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required, concentration in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent field preferred
Minimum 7+ years of experience with Product Management roles and responsibilities, which may include Software Development or Leading Digital Product Development
Product Management experience with strong written and verbal communication skills
QA Capabilities, including the ability to know the testing process and procedures
Software Development experience, and Software Design/UX experience
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing the development process for complex software products using Agile methodologies
Excellent time-management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Certifications in Agile, Product Management (CPM), and Project Management (PMP) are preferred
