Provide advanced application support, troubleshooting, and optimization; collaborate with the Service Desk on service requests

Lead medium- to high-complexity project activities, including analysis, testing, documentation, implementation, and customer collaboration
Manage and guide quality assurance and integrated testing efforts; independently lead testing projects and ensure successful outcomes
