Marshall University School of Pharmacy is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the DBA program. The role involves providing faculty support, maintaining student databases, and assisting with various logistical and marketing tasks associated with the program.

Responsibilities
Provide support for the DBA program
Maintain the DBA Student Database
Help identify and gather instructional materials including research articles, books, software, etc. as directed by faculty
Assist in preparing and sending welcome packets to new DBA students each year. Mail physical packets to new students, including preparing mailing labels, packaging, and drop-off at campus mail services
Contribute to marketing or recruitment initiatives as needed (social media posts, flyers, event setup)
Setting up interviews and advising meetings in Microsoft TEAMS
Assist with logistics such as room reservations, catering orders, sign-in sheets, tech setup, and printing materials
Help with college and university assessments
Assist with DBA events including meetings, activities, interviews, retreats, and gatherings
Assist Director and Associate Director with day-to-day projects
Other Graduate School of Business duties/projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description
