Responsibilities
Refurbish and improve the efficiency of the whole HSES training system
Provide HSES knowledge and competencies to all ALAM execution departments
Transfer scientific knowledge collected through the chemistry deep-dive initiative to the employees
Interact with all the Execution and Technology departments within ALAM
Ensure employees receive the necessary training to operate safely in all circumstances
Foster a culture of continuous HSES learning and development throughout the organization
Engage in the improvement of contractor HSE management and contractor approval process from the HSE perspective
Provide leadership and hands on support in organizing, developing, implementing, improving HSES training
Develop a mapping of the priorities in HSES training modules to refurbish
Identify training methods for critical HSES training
Define specifications for all the critical HSES training
Develop awareness training packages to support HSE initiatives
Design and redesign HSES training packages in accordance with the mapping strategy
Include chemistry deep dive knowledge transfer in HSES training packages
Design and implement HSES training management to ensure proper training of employees
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Occupational Safety, Chemistry, Training or Communication
Ability to travel in the US
Basic understanding and high interest in chemistry and industrial processes
Preferred
Experience with training modules design
Train the trainers certification
