They are seeking a Project Manager - Civil Engineering to lead project delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and manage project schedules and budgets.
Responsibilities
Lead all facets of project delivery and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Oversee project technical, functional, and creative quality with indirect design input and quality control
Coordinate with department heads to ensure project and team development goals are met
Establish and execute comprehensive client service plans
Manage project schedules, budgets, billing, and contracts
Solve design and project-related issues through creative problem-solving and strategic planning
Perform or oversee civil engineering tasks including construction document preparation, technical reports, cost estimations, and QA/QC processes
Support development and mentoring of the engineering team in terms of technical growth and cultural integration
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing diverse civil site design projects with varying levels of complexity
Strong understanding of engineering design processes, client communication, QA/QC, and budget/schedule management
Experience coordinating across departments and leading teams in delivering complete, accurate, and creative solutions
Ability to evaluate and recommend design solutions independently
Excellent leadership, coordination, and client management skills
