Sales & Finance Assistant (Contractor)
Credit Suite is a company dedicated to empowering businesses with opportunities for growth by building their business credit. The Sales & Finance Assistant will play a key role in increasing sales and maximizing opportunities by supporting the sales team and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Reach out to all new leads using provided script and schedule appointments for the Finance Specialist or assigned Account Executive
Check in and follow up with all partners on a biweekly basis to determine if they need any assistance or need to speak with their designated Account Executive
Follow up with all clients that have scheduled appointments to provide a reminder of their appointment
Complete special projects or assignments as requested
Other duties & responsibilities delegated as needed
Qualification
Required
Foreign Contractor/Freelancer
Native speaker or fluent in English language with a neutral accent required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Motivation to succeed, eagerness to learn and ability to adapt to dynamic and ever changing environments as we constantly seek to scale and meet the fluid needs of our clients
Effective communicator with strong English language skills, excellent listening comprehension, ability to think critically and assess where support and training may be needed
Ability to collaborate with the Head of Sales as well as other team members to determine needs and problem solve
Successful applicants will be self-motivated, independent, but also open to coaching and constructive feedback. We love people who can see a need or gap, take ownership and then share solutions and ideas
Preferred
Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred but not required
