Senior LevelTalentsearchpro is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The role involves evaluating potential cases, managing client relationships, and overseeing the pre-litigation process to maximize claim value.
Responsibilities
Evaluate potential new cases and client intakes
Proactively and routinely engage with current and prospective clients
Oversee the pre-litigation process, including valuation and maximizing claim value while ensuring our clients receive appropriate care
Conduct settlement negotiations and manage recovery disbursements, ensuring timely resolution of escrows
Advocate vigorously in all jurisdictions across the Commonwealth
Lead depositions, focus groups, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Maintain exemplary client relationships and mentor junior attorneys and peers
Qualification
Required
Active license to practice law in Virginia
Demonstrated experience in personal injury law, including a history of trial successes and claim negotiations
Proven track record in managing a diverse case portfolio
Experience successfully litigating cases in Circuit, General District, and Federal Courts within the Commonwealth of Virginia
