Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for multiple legal entities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and cash flow projections
Assist with month-end and year-end closings, including creation of journal entries
Analyze financial data to support client reporting, budget variance analysis, and business insights
Collaborate with tax teams on planning and compliance matters
Review financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policies
Post investment activity, perform bank reconciliations, and support payroll processing
Conduct covenant compliance calculations for borrowers and tenants
Prepare complex financial reports and present findings to management and clients
Support financial audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business-related field
Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
CPA, MST, MBA, or CFP certification
Experience with QuickBooks, Yardi, Datafaction, or CCH Axcess/ProSystem
Prior experience working with high-net-worth individuals and closely held entities
Familiarity with tax planning and compliance for individuals, S-corps, partnerships, and trusts
